We use PayPal’s secure payment processing technology. PayPal utilizes the latest technology and proprietary procedures to protect the security of each transaction. If you have further concerns regarding the use of PayPal please visit their website at paypal.com.


How soon can I expect to receive my order?

We want you to receive your bags as soon as possible. In most cases orders are sent out within 48 hours. Based on information provided by the United State Postal Service, you can expect to receive most orders within 2 – 3 business days for items shipped within the United States and 6 – 10 day for items shipped internationally.


How do I know my order was received?

When you completed your purchase you should have received a confirmation email. If you did not receive one you have two ways to verify your order:

Option 1: PayPal Account – If you have an account with PayPal you can login to check the status of your transaction.

Option 2: Contact 520-nm’s Customer Service – If you don’t have a PayPal account send us an email as we’ll notify you if your order was received. Our email address is questions (at) 520-nm (dot) com.


What if I don’t want to buy online? Do I have other options?

At this time our products are only available for purchase online through our website.



Returns and Exchanges

How do I return or exchange an item?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your bags.

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase follow these simple steps for a refund or exchange:

    1. Print the return mailing label. You can obtain this label either by logging into your PayPal account or requesting a label from us – we will send a printable file to you.
    2. On the label indicate whether you would like a refund or exchange
    3. Affix to the box your bags were delivered in
    4. Mail the package back to us


Note: You are responsible for any postage or shipping charges.


Who pays for shipping on a return or exchange?

You are responsible for return postage on all refund or exchange items.

If you are requesting an exchange for a damaged or defective product we will happily send your replacement at no cost to you.


Can I get a refund on my original shipping charge?

We are not able to refund the shipping charges on your original purchase.

How are the products packaged for shipping?

As an eco-conscious company our goal is to keep the amount of packaging to a minimum and lower our environmental impact. We want to use only what’s necessary to ensure that our products get to you as safely and quickly as possible. Everything we use is made of recycled materials. We also want to encourage you to reuse or recycle the packaging material when possible.


What are my shipping choices?

We have found the United States Postal Service to be the most cost-effective and reliable method for shipping our products. We ship only using Priority Mail for both domestic and international orders.


What are your shipping rates?

Our rates are determined by the approximate weight of the package and are based on rates charged by the United States Postal Service for Priority Mail service. Depending on the combination of items you purchase you can expect to pay roughly the amounts below for shipping. The rates provided below are approximate and the actual rate charged will depend on the weight of the products you purchase.
